A: The ElleVit jewelry subscription is designed to bring you personalized, high-quality jewelry pieces each month, curated specifically to match your style preferences. Simply complete our style questionnaire, and our AI-driven system, combined with expert insights, will handpick a selection of jewelry just for you. Your custom jewelry box will be delivered directly to your door every month, helping you elevate your wardrobe effortlessly and stay on top of the latest fashion trends.
Q: What is in the box?
A: Each ElleVit jewelry box contains 2-3 carefully curated pieces of jewelry, personalized to fit your style preferences and the latest fashion trends. Whether it's elegant necklaces, chic earrings, or stylish bracelets, every box is designed to help you elevate your look with unique, high-quality pieces that you'll love to wear again and again.
Q: How are subscriptions renewed?
A: We offer flexible subscription plans to fit your needs:
- Monthly with no commitment: Automatically renewed on the 15th of each month, with a 5% discount applied to each renewal.
- Every 2 months: Automatically renewed on the 15th day of the every other month, giving you flexibility while still enjoying curated jewelry.
Q: What jewelry preferences are available in the Box?
A: When you subscribe, you can select your preferences like finish: gold, silver, or a surprise option for a mix of both. Please note that if you choose the surprise option, you may receive jewelry in the same finish for consecutive months due to the random nature of our shipments.
Additionally, be sure to indicate whether you have pierced ears. If not, we will provide stylish clip-on earrings to ensure a perfect fit for your style.
Q: How do I cancel my subscription?
A: To cancel your subscription, log in to your account and click on the calendar icon in the top right corner to manage your subscription. Alternatively, you can contact us via email at contact@ellevitjewelry.com.
Please ensure that your cancellation request is submitted before the 15th of the month to avoid being charged for that month. For cancellations made after the 15th, you will still be charged for that month and will receive your jewelry box as scheduled.
Our customer service team is available Monday to Friday, 9AM to 5PM EST, excluding public holidays.
For subscriptions with a commitment, such as the Annual Subscription (12-month commitment), you may cancel at the end of your commitment period.
Q: When will I receive my box?
A: Your box will be shipped between the 15th and 25th of every month. For new orders, we ship daily, so you might receive your box even sooner! To keep prices affordable and support our non-profit mission, we have a small, dedicated team curating and shipping each box with care. We know you're excited to receive it, and we appreciate your patience! Rest assured, we’ll ship your box as quickly as possible and provide tracking information so you can follow its journey.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges for subscription boxes?
A: We currently do not accept returns or exchanges for our subscription boxes. However, if you are genuinely unsatisfied with any part or all of the items in your box, please reach out to our customer care team at contact@ellevitjewelry.com. We're here to help!
Q: Can I buy the welcome gift separately without subscribing to a box?
A: No. Welcome gifts are exclusively available as a part of our subscription box package. Welcome gifts cannot be purchased or obtained separately. They are only included as a complimentary item with the purchase of a subscription box.
